I realize this is a busy time for many of us. I just want to take a moment to wish you the happiest of Holiday Seasons. Your cards, emails, and letters have meant so much to me. Because of you and through you, the characters I create take on a life of their own.

The Graysons of New Mexico series is a perfect example. Thanks to the reissue in November 2008 of UNTIL THERE WAS YOU, Book One in the series, many of you were able to obtain a copy and read about Luke Grayson, the protector and the oldest of the Grayson siblings. I hope you enjoyed my gift to you, CHRISTMAS AND YOU, the Bonus story in the back of the book. It was fun watching Luke and Catherine celebrate their first Christmas as a married couple. It was even more fun seeing how blissfully unaware Brandon, Pierce and Sierra were that their single days were numbered.

And since I didn't want to leave the Graysons, my new series, Grayson Friends, began in September 2008 with Shane Elliott, THE WAY YOU LOVE ME. Next in the series is NOBODY BUT YOU, Cameron McBride's NASCAR story March 03, 2009. Rest assured that Rio's story is coming. And yes, by the end of the seven book series, many of your questions regarding continuing characters will be answered.

As you go through this Holiday Season, please don't forget the reason for the season. Count your blessings. As my characters can attest, life sometimes knocks you flat on your back so enjoy and embrace every moment of the good times. My greatest wish for you would be that you reach deep inside for the courage and the faith to get back up and meet whatever challenges life brings with courage and conviction. I wish you love, prosperity and good health to you and yours in the coming New Year.
